Ingredients

  • One 20-ounce package Giovanni Rana 5 Cheese Tortellini
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 sage leaves, thinly sliced
  • Finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook the Tortellini according to package directions until al dente then drain.

Heat the butter and sage in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter has melted. Add the Tortellini to the skillet, add the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, toss and season with salt and pepper to taste.
